To ensure that your garments last longer, we recommend you follow the washing instructions on the label.


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR FAULTY ITEMS?

Although it is not usual that customers receive faulty items, sometimes they might have a manufacturing flaw. In that case, we do offer exchanges/returns. Bear in mind this incident should be reported to us immediately through info@bluss.com


IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

Yes. All returns and exchanges incur charge.
